Advanced business infrastructure, turn-key sites, industrial parks

• Hungary boasts one of the most advanced business infrastructures in Central and Eastern Europe. Countrywide, a total of 199 industrial parks are available with greenfield development opportunities.
• The Záhony complex development project also includes the establishment of a 120 hectare industrial and logistical park in the area of Fényeslitke and Komoró. The Park will have both wide-gauge and standard European-gauge railway tracks and a full public utility infrastructure to accommodate business activities of all kinds.
• The planned new Intermodal Logistics and Warehouse Centre in Záhony will provide conditions to serve all requirements of the east-west cargo flow; such as a RoLa terminal, covered and open-air warehousing, bonded warehousing, storage in refrigerated and heated warehouses, storage of chemical and dangerous materials, customs clearing, re-export and various supporting services.
• In keeping with the requirements of investors, other areas can also be developed into industrial parks. An additional 800 to 1,000 hectare area is earmarked for further development. These developments should be co-financed by private investors and local authorities, and, if certain requirements are met, government grants can also be obtained.
• The 1800 m2 Záhony Trading, Business and Logistics Centre is equipped with modern, air-conditioned offices, meeting rooms, a service centre and a powerful IT network.
