Attractive incentives

 

• Because of the high unemployment in the Záhony region, companies creating jobs can receive various incentives up to 50 percent of the total value of the investment. These include:
  - Direct grants from Hungarian budgetary funds
  - Direct grants from EU funds
  - Tax allowances
  - Employment and training related grants
• Local councils and other authorities also support investments by offering simplified and accelerated permitting procedures.
• Regional authorities may grant further support to investors, such as assistance for grant applications, interest-free loan structures, translation services, assistance to start-up companies, business match-making services, etc.
